This place is lovely to look, at clean but the staff and the service is horrible. Patients ring for a nurse or an aide and they ignore the light and don't even check to see if the patient fell or got hurt. They had my mother sit in a wheel chair for 12 hours and didn't come to her room to put her in bed until 9 or 10 at night.
